Leaders Lab Learning and Development believes that sustainable growth requires curiosity, experimentation and innovation. We work with leaders of all levels and who want to build their skills and meet their leadership goals. Our services include training, workshops and coaching.

Leaders Lab Coaching Programs enables leaders to:

  • Have difficult, awkward and uncomfortable conversations

  • Engage the team to solve problems and make commitments

  • Help each other during times of significant change

  • Encourage participation in and ownership

  • Generate new ideas and follow-through

Meet the Team

  • Jackie obtained her Certificate in Executive Coaching (CEC) and has completed the Professional Mentor Coaching program through Royal Roads University; she is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation.

    A certified trainer with the Expedition Coaching program, Jackie has been acknowledged as a Mentor Coach with an approach that is affirming, thought-provoking and grounding.

    Jackie has served several terms on the Executive Board with the ICF Prairie Chapter.

  • A graduate of the Executive Coaching Certificate (CEC) program at Royal Roads University, for the past decade Dianne has been a faculty team member and Mentor Coach on the application of the ICF PCC core competencies.

    Credentialed with the ICF, she is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), trainer for Coaching Out of the Box and the Expedition Coaching program and is an Executive Coach for the Canadian College of Health Leaders.

    Dianne has held several Executive Board positions with the ICF Prairie Chapter serving Manitoba and Saskatchewan coach members.
