Leaders Journey Program

Journey is 12 month program that will improve your ability to confidently lead teams, navigate change and overcome the fear of uncertainty. Equip yourself to take on new challenges and take your leadership confidence to a new level.

What you will learn:

Understand the way you show up to others, your presence and preferred work style. Discover your impact, how you think about and carry out your work, and how others respond to your own leadership.

Gain insight through reflection on your style allows you to decide what you need to change and what stays the same as you tackle uncertainty and ambiguity.

Leadership Presence

Deepen your understanding of the different responses to change. Reflect on what to pay attention to and why. Determine the way forward in a complex environment where there are multiple stakeholders with varied interests and the impact of your decisions has a ripple effect for you, your team, the organization and society.

Practice innovative methods to increase creativity, collaboration, and engagement as you shape culture that is better equipped to take risks, to think differently and to challenge the status quo.

Visioning & Influencing

Communication & execution

Engage and inspire action through playing with different ways to communicate with others. Identify strategies that will have the greatest impact on motivation and urgency. Build resilience, accountability and results-orientation with the team to strengthen performance and trust.

Foster curiosity and openness by exploring new perspectives and approaches to collaboration. Strengthen alignment around shared goals and values to create momentum and sustain long-term success.

Leaders Journey Program
Includes:

24 hours of one-on-one sessions over a 12-month period

  • Work around your schedule to provide ongoing development and accountability

  • Complete WorkStyle Alignment Inventory and Debrief

  • Understand how you think about and carry out your work

  • Support the development of your awareness of the strengths of your thinking style

  • Participate in Feedback Loop Sessions that include your supervisor/chairperson/CEO

  • Create ongoing milestones, mark progress, celebrate, and provide support

  • Develop frameworks and models to take back to the workplace and support your change
