  • Journey Coaching

    Improve your ability to confidently and competently lead teams, navigate change, and overcome fear. This 12-month programs equips you with tools to grow your leadership skillset. Develop and improve your own self- awareness.

  • Individual Coaching

    Focus on building skills to enhance leadership abilities by creating awareness of your leadership presence. Improve your connection to your business, organization, society or community that you serve. Align your values with your actions.

  • Coaching Skills

    Engage in virtual or in-person cohort-based learning over 15 hours. This program includes instruction and practical application in a group learning environment. Receive a supplemental workbook with relevant coaching models.

  • Team Building

    Complete individual DiSC® assessments as a team and engage in a facilitated group workshop. Explore how workstyles impact team dynamics, communication, preferences, goals, conflict, and decision-making.
